SEE THE MAASAI MARA THROUGH MAASAI EYES
When you visit Nashulai you are directly supporting East Africa’s invaluable biodiversity and the indigenous Maasai people. Profits from Nashulai Maasai Safaris, day visits, and Oldarpoi Camp directly support the ecological regeneration and economic development of our community.
You can enjoy a memorable visit to our Conservancy in two ways:
1. CURATED SAFARIS
Nashulai Maasai Safaris offers a warmly welcoming, individually curated, all-inclusive safari in our private conservancy. We offer a variety of itineraries and accommodations ranging from our exclusive small high-end camp Wageni, to more midrange tenting camps at Oldarpoi. You can contact us to inquire about our curated safaris.
We recommend Nashulai Maasai Safaris for those seeking a deep, authentic, hands-on experience of the place and its people, our way of life and traditions. It is a unique vacation that we believe will leave you with new understanding and lifelong memories.
It’s perfect for both wildlife enthusiasts who want an up-close, undisturbed experience in the wild, and those who want to share in our unique approach to community empowerment, conservation and cultural preservation. Aided by our local guides--who know this world better than any outsider and are thrilled to introduce you to it--and by our specially trained Nashulai rangers, you will see with your own eyes this singular place of timeless natural beauty where humanity first came into being.
Only a select number of guests are allowed into the Conservancy at any one time, so here you are free of the hoards of jeeps that clutter up most bird or animal sightings in the adjoining Mara National Reserve.
For the more adventurous, we offer custom-designed multi-day expeditions beyond Nashulai’s borders to some of the most beautiful and sacred spots in Maasailand.
2. DAY VISITS
If you or your group are on a longer safari through this part of East Africa, or travelling through the area, we can still happily extend the hospitality of Nashulai to visitors on an organized day-visit basis, subject to advance booking (given our care for restraining human traffic within the conservancy itself).
